Volunteers are truly the heart of our Grove Park Hospice family. They provide compassion, comfort and emotional support to our patients and to their families. Grove Park Hospice volunteers give their time, talent and hearts to enhance the lives of those they serve. We invite you to give a portion of you time to provide comfort for those who’s time is limited. Hospice volunteering doesn’t require any special skills or medical training, just a warm heart and a willingness to share your time. Grove Park Hospice volunteers provide an array of services for our patients and their families, such as reading, providing companionship or running errands. Volunteers may also help with duties in the hospice office such as filing and answering the phones.
